In addition to franchised dealers listed in the Dealer Locator Tool, you can use the Capital One Blank Check at any CarMax store and most dealers affiliated with a major car rental agency, including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless and Thrifty. You may not use a Capital One Blank Check to purchase a vehicle from an independent used car dealer, auto broker or another individual (e.g., private party seller).
